Let me tell you they do it better, these rolls are B-U-S-S-I-N . If you are ever so lucky to see Nina and her food truck, you best believe you better be gettin in on that. Absolutely delicious. 5 stars. Everything we tried was frickin Fantastic. Great job Nina!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love the king cakes to Geaux! They are not super sweet and are a great alternative to buying a whole king cake. She also offers amazing savory rolls on her truck and all the ones I’ve had have been made to order, flavorful and delicious. I’ve also had her boudin king cake (years ago) which was fantastic! It’s was a perfect dough to filling ratio and the seafood sauce that she gives to pour over it just makes it that much better. Service is always friendly and courteous, I had one instance where there was a mistake with my order and Nina personally contacted me to apologize, refund me, and replace the item. She went above and beyond to make it right and I appreciated the effort to keep her customers happy! If ya haven’t tried them, give em a try!

About Nina…the name behind the brand.

celebrity, baker, and chef..that’s me!

Although I don’t particularly enjoy being referred to as a chef (strange, isn’t it?!), according to the definition, that’s exactly what I am and more. In addition to being a chef, I am also a skilled baker and can proudly add “celebrity” to my resume.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine myself as a chef, baker, or celebrity, yet here I am, thoroughly embracing and cherishing it. I take immense pleasure in using food as a medium to share love and happiness.
